Return Policy
If you have questions regarding anything you see in the photos, please contact us. We will accept refund requests, minus shipping, credit card, PayPal, sizing, and restocking charges for any item returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. All jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted if it has been worn, altered, or is damaged. We also offer an exchange for store credit up to 14 days after your purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Please note, we are estate jewelry dealers. Unless the item description specifically states that the item is brand new, all of the jewelry is pre-owned. Please look at the photos carefully, as they are of the actual item you will receive. Once a gemstone is mounted, it’s difficult to get its exact measurements, so carat weight is considered approximate unless accompanied by certification from an independent lab, such as SGL or GIA. Colored gemstones and pearls are often enhanced, unless documentation says otherwise.

Please be sure to package the jewelry securely so it does not get damaged during transit, ship in its original packaging, and insure for the full amount of the order. When you drop off the package, keep your receipt for tracking purposes.
Upon receiving the item, we will inspect the condition and issue a refund less shipping, credit card, PayPal, sizing, and restocking costs within three days of receipt. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Items purchased from the website are shipped via FedEx, 2nd day and insured, to a secure FedEx pickup location. Shipping is $45.
